About the Speaker
David Hawreluk, CEO, Union Lending
David Hawreluk obtained his law degree from Queen’s University in 1993 and has practiced as a partner at both national and global law firms, including serving in leadership roles such as office managing partner and national Executive Committee member. He is currently a partner at DLA Piper Canada LLP in the Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group. In 2022, David was appointed King’s Counsel in recognition of his contributions to law and community.
In addition to his legal career, David is a passionate businessman and entrepreneur. He has managed investment properties, farmland, and industrial developments, and is the founder of Union Lending Corporation, and Union Insurance Brokerage Corporation.
Filling the void of traditional banks, Union Lending specializes in crafting custom loans between $500,000 and $15,000,000 for individuals, businesses, and farmers. With more than $285 million in loans to date, their team takes a creative approach to structuring financing solutions that meet the needs of both borrowers and lenders alike.

Parking Information
RANCHMEN’S CLUB PARKING
The Club has approximately 60 complimentary parking stalls that are available on a first come, first serve basis. The parkade door can be found to the West of the main entrance and is sensor activated. Upon entering the parkade, you will see a ramp on the right hand side that leads down to the next level. The first level of the parkade (the entry level) is for guests of The Estate next door. The two lower levels are for guests of the Club. Please note that the parkade does have a height restriction of 6ft.
STREET PARKING
3 hour street parking is available on 12th Ave SW, 13th Ave SW, and around the Club. Payment is required 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. Free street parking available after 6:00pm and all day Sundays.
